Ms. Vijeta Sinha is an experienced and passionate educational leader with over 25 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, and academic leadership across leading national and international education systems. Her experience spans IB and Cambridge international programmes as well as the ICSE and CBSE national curricula, giving her a strong understanding of academic rigor, curriculum coherence, and effective assessment practices. She is recognised for her goal-driven approach and her ability to lead strategic academic initiatives that strengthen programme design and improve student learning outcomes.
Over the years, she has held key leadership roles including Head of Academics, IB Diploma Programme Coordinator, and MYP Coordinator. She has also served as Chair of the IBDP Pune and Hyderabad Networks and is a member of the IB Educator Network (IBEN). In addition, she has contributed as faculty for the IB Educator Certificate Programme at the University of Windsor, supporting the professional learning and development of educators and contributing to the growth of IB teaching communities.
Ms. Sinha holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Management, a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University, and certifications in Adaptive Schools and Cognitive Coaching. She is currently pursuing doctoral research focused on educational transformation and future-ready learning. Her work reflects strong strategic planning capabilities and a consistent track record of leading curriculum improvement initiatives at the school level.
